Justice T. Chandrasekhara Menon Passes away

Justice T. Chandrasekhara Menon, President of Kerala Unit of PUCL passed away at about 4 pm on March 11. He had been hospitalized few months back for operating Hernia. There had been certain complications and he had been removed to ICU. He had recovered his health and was brought home a couple of weeks back.

His passing away is a big blow to the civil liberties and human rights movement in Kerala -Y P Chhibbar, General Secretary
