Terrorist Attacks are an Attack on Human Rights

"The killing of Huriyat leader Shri Abdul Ghani lone in day light and in a public rally is another blatant show of terrorist daring in Jammu and Kashmir. Beginning with the attack on Raghunath temple in Jammu, there have been a number of such incidents in which innocent civilians have lost lives. The present one was different in the sense that it aimed at eliminating an individual who stood for political reconciliation.

"Whatever the aim or larger objective, every terrorist act is an attack on the civil liberties and human rights of the common citizen.
