Whereas information has been laid before me of the commission of the offence
u/s 397 in Cr.No.129/03 of M.Pudupatty Police Station and it has been
made to appear to me that the production of the accused involved in the
Commission of the offence mentioned above is essential to the inquiry
now being made to the said offence.
This is to authorize and require you to search for the said accused involved
in the Commission of the offence in Cr. No 129/03 of M.Pudupatty Police
Station in the Premises of People’s Watch, Door No. 6 and 6A, Vallabai
Road, Chokkikulam, Madurai – 625 002 and if found, to produce the
same forthwith before this court, returning this warrant, with an endorsement
certifying what you have done under it, immediately upon its execution.
