Siddhraj Dhadda was a fearless fighter and moral giant. He had received his education from the Universities of Lucknow and Allahabad and at one time was the Secretary of the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Kolkata.

How he would pay attention to smallest matters can be illustrated by a post card that he wrote to the undersigned on May 24, 2005 saying that since he was finding it difficult to read all the journals received by him, the mailing of the PUCL Bulletin to him may be stopped

The demise of Siddhraj Dhadda is a great loss to the vide canvas of socio-political activism in the country. Y P Chhibbar, General Secretary
