Rajendra Bhardwaj passes away

The PUCL lost a very committed member from Delhi in Shri Rajendra Bhardwaj. Rajendraji, as he was commonly known, was the printer of the PUCL Bulletin from August 1985 to January 1993. A number of times he hosted lunch to the members of the National Council when the meetings were held at Delhi.

Rajendraji was very committed member of the PUCL and his death is an irreparable loss.
